Can I clean the panels myself?

Yes, you can, although tap water and chemicals can leave a residue on your panels. The residue inadvertently encourage’s dirt to accumulate. This is one of the reasons that having your panels professionally cleaned is a good idea. Another reason to go professional is the safety aspect. Without the correct protective gear, you could put yourself at risk of injury.

How often should solar panels be cleaned?

We recommend that panels be cleaned at regular intervals, at minimum once every six months. Cleaning regularly, prevents residue build up and therefore keeping your panels operating optimally at all times.
